ABOUT THE ROLE We are currently searching for a Maintenance Administrator to join our Caval Ridge team. Caval Ridge Mine is based 6kms south of Moranbah in the Bowen Basin. Working a 9 day fortnight, reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for carrying out on-site maintenance administration functions in an efficient, accurate and timely manner. You will be required to assist maintenance personnel with the provision of accurate and timely information regarding maintenance activities, enabling improved performance by the maintenance group. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Review of fortnightly employee payroll and assisting with payroll queries. Managing subcontractor timesheets, hour reconciliation and invoice processing. Accommodation bookings for maintenance employees and subcontractors. Entering fuel and oil usage into the ERP system and reconciling balances for month end. Creating requisitions and maintaining accounts payable workflow. Preparing monthly accruals and assisting with adhoc end of month tasks within required deadlines. Collaborating with key suppliers in relation to any procurement queries. Facilitating site team queries, purchase orders, expense claims and any adhoc requests.
