The role: We are looking for a motivated individual to promote the Knight Frank Australia’s business and properties within the relevant market. As an Associate Director within our Capital Markets team, you will be responsible for generating listings, building market share, and creating maximum income/profit. If you are passionate about real estate, enjoy working in a dynamic environment and have a demonstrated track record in commercial property sales, this could be the perfect role for you. Key responsibilities: Assist in development of strategies to increase relevant market share and improve profitability Identify new listing opportunities through client relationship management Fosters strategic alliances, business partnerships and relationships to better develop Knight Frank services Ensure that profitability is maximised for the relevant segment Identify and capitalise on growth opportunities through development and maintenance of a wide network of contacts Develop proposals for major clients in accordance with Knight Frank standards and client requirements Provide high quality financial analysis to support strategic forecasting Who are we looking for? At least 4 years Sales experience. Proven track record in new business development Extensive knowledge and experience of the property industry Professional qualifications in Property, Business or Finance Agents Representative Certificate Understanding of the property sales process Strong negotiation skills Influential communication style Able to build rapport easily Confident and well presented Self-motivated What’s in it for you?
