Rewards & Benefits Salary packaging RDO once a month and additional leave (8 weeks leave per year) 15% Superannuation Office flexibility Personal development allowance Unlimited access to EAP services About the role: As the Operations and Project Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective operations of the office through, developing and administering office policies and procedures, and management of outsourced business services. You will also be responsible for collecting data and reporting on performance indicators and outcomes across the organisation, this involves a high level of analysis and report writing. Your skills and attributes: Previous experience in office management, project, business or operations role. Relevant tertiary or other suitable training and qualifications in business administration, management, project/change management, or a related field (preferred although not essential) Previous experience developing policies and procedures. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and Word for reporting and documentation. Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability. Willingness to complete and pass a police check. Responsibilities: Conduct regular analysis and reporting and present clear and accurate findings to management. Regularly review MATES policies and procedures, and update these as needed to ensure effectiveness. Project manage implementation and day-to-day administration of HR Assured software. Assist with the identification and recommendation of process improvements to enhance overall team and cost efficiencies. Conduct on-boarding and off-boarding of staff in accordance with agreed procedures. Implement effective business provider oversight, ensuring service delivery contracts are fulfilled (i.e. outsourced HR/ IT services).
