This Accounts Administration Assistant role will facilitate all aspects of business administration, ensuring customers and internal staff are dealt with to the highest possible standard. It is essential that applicants have fantastic customer service ability and data entry skills as invoicing will be a key part of your day. This position will be based in South Nowra. Our client is a highly established, professional trade business. This will be a temporary assignment until the end of January 2024 with an opportunity for permanency depending on your desire to continue in the position and your performance during your assignment. Key responsibilities: Professionally respond to all customer phone and email enquiries with a focus on customer satisfaction Daily data entry of supplier invoices Ad hoc support to staff including scanning, filing, archiving & photocopying Cross checking documents and entering into client portals General office administration duties including end of day processes Further training will be provided for accounts receivable and payroll administration duties Essential Criteria Experience in reception, administration or accounts administration Ideally accounts software experience e.g MYOB, Xero etc. Ability or experience managing a multiline phone system Excellent customer service phone manner Professionally presented Intermediate computer skills e.g. MS Suite Accurate typing ability and high attention to detail Own transport Location: South Nowra NSW 2541 Rate of Pay: $35.00 per hour during temporary assignment Days: Monday to Friday 38 hours per week Hours of work: Flexible either 8:00am to 4:00pm or 9:00am to 5:00pm.
