We think a pretty good job starts here……… About the role: The CRM System Administrator will be responsible for implementing and governing key policies and procedures relating to Dynamics 365 capability while providing support and administrative functions across the Dynamics 365 platform. This will include all aspects of monitoring and maintaining performance, release waves, capacity management whilst supporting and providing guidance on best practices. About you: To contribute to Unitywater’s values of Reliability, Safety, Honesty & Integrity, Efficiency, One Team, Innovation, you will demonstrate the following skills and qualities for the role: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform including performing design and administration functions. Experience with Dynamics 365 solution including security architecture within Dynamics 365 and Azure Knowledge of Power Platform connectivity and interoperable solutions Experience in DevOps pipelines and releases Knowledge of Azure Platform is desirable. Proven experience designing, implementing and maintaining user access across Dynamics, Power Platform and Azure Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills including the proven ability to effectively communicate and influence decisions with all levels of internal and external customers.
