About The Role Scope has an opportunity for a Payroll Administration Officer to join our team. Reporting to the Payroll Lead, you will provide support and have oversight of the entire payroll function. You will be responsible for; • Managing employee queries and ensuring the payroll function provides an exemplary level of customer service • Monitoring employee variation requests and managing the department inbox • Collating new employee data and maintaining employee files • Compliance reporting including month end and financial year end reporting as required • Work in partnership with the People & Culture team to improve the delivery of services and relevant business processes • Work in partnership with Operations, ICT & Finance to ensure accurate and optimised end to end payroll processes About You This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to expand and build on their skills as a Payroll Administration Officer We are seeking someone with: • 2-3 years in a similar Payroll Administration role • Demonstrated experience in Payroll processing • Understanding of relevant Award and EBA conditions • Well-developed technical skills, including MS Office and payroll related technologies • Excellent attention to detail and general problem-solving skills • Strong time management and prioritisation skills with the ability to work productively in a fast-paced deadline driven environment • Demonstrated high-level interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships at all levels We are committed to filling this role quickly, so while applications for this role will close on Friday, 1st December 2023 we will be reviewing applications as they come in and may interview suitable candidates prior to closing date.
