Day-to-day you will be assisting the Administration Support Manager with the day-to-day supervision of Administration staff and functions at the Centre. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring a range of day to day facility management functions operate in an efficient and effective manner within the Community Health Centre. This includes but is not limited to managing maintenance requests via the online system following NBMLHD procedure, monitor response and escalate as required and liaising with the Facilities Manager, Primary Care and Community Health regarding the standard of services required and provided by external contractors within the facilities. Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.   Employment of a temporary visa holder may only occur if no suitable permanent resident or citizen of Australia has been identified and must not exceed the duration or conditions associated with the current visa. Selection criteria to be addressed : Demonstrated skills and experience in managing a small team. Demonstrated experience in providing reception, switchboard, customer service and administration support functions. Demonstrated understating of corporate or healthcare records systems such as TRIM, HPRM, i.PM, Cerner and knowledge of record keeping practices. Demonstrated well developed verbal and written communication skills. Strong computer skills, with demonstrated experience in using the suite of Microsoft Office products and experience in the use of online procurement and staff rostering systems, such as Oracle iProcurement, CosNet, HealthRoster, ProAct, Kronos, or other proprietary software. Well-developed organisational, prioritisation and time management skills. Current driver's licence and willingness to use for work purposes.
