Immigration Admin Assistant needed for a busy migration office Edupi Migration is a team of highly skilled registered migration agents with over 40 years of collective experience. Since 2006, we have helped many of Australia’s leading hospitality groups and restaurants recruit and sponsor internationally experienced and skilled hospitality staff. Our clients are top tier hotels, hatted restaurants and luxury brands, and we work closely with them on high volumes of migration applications and hospitality recruitment. We are in a massive growth period and are looking for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time role that will be based in our offices in the CBD. After an initial training period, we are happy to work with hybrid or flexible work arrangements, as several of our staff enjoy hybrid work currently. Who are we looking for? Administrative Assistant with 2-5 years’ experience. A background in education, migration/legal or travel would be excellent, however hospitality administration would also suit the role well. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills. Co-operative and energetic personality. Our team works closely together, and we value a supportive, friendly environment. High attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines. What will the role involve? Assisting our migration agents with preparing contracts and drafting applications Arranging meetings and consultations with clients and agents Collecting and validating documentation Liaising with clients and business partners Answering phone and email enquiries Reporting and managing CRM Assisting with recruitment What can we offer you?
