We are looking for an Administrative Services Officer to provide a range of administrative tasks for a well-established government department. Contract role till May 2024 with possible extension. Hourly pay rate of $37.20/hour Super. Working onsite- Parramatta. Immediate start. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: As a part of your role, you will provide a range of administrative tasks, including managing the allocation of emails for shared inboxes and updating contact details for customers, service providers, and stakeholders, to support the delivery of quality financial management services. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Act as a point of contact performing administration services enquiries and from customers and stakeholders to provide a timely and effective information and referral service. Undertake a range of administrative support services relating to the work of the team, including word processing, data entry, preparing correspondence and meeting papers and minutes, maintaining electronic and file records, and support with meetings and events. Undertake routine administrative tasks and activities in accordance with relevant policies, practices, and standards. Assist with projects and research. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: Familiar with Customer File setup, letter creating and posting, and typing. Running meetings, taking minutes, and general administrative office tasks.
