You don't want to miss this opportunity Trainee Administration Assistant Work with a high-performing local business Learn all areas of administration to build your skills Complete your Cert III in Business Administration Total HRM has partnered with Arkon Auto Electrical in search of a Trainee Administration Assistant to join their team Working in this role, you will work with a diverse range of tasks and provide administration to the Sales Manager. You will be the friendly face of Arkon Auto Electrical, being the first point of client contact, including answering phones and greeting in-house clients. About the role: You will provide administrative support to the Sales Manager and the broader Arkon team You will welcome and liaise with Arkon Auto Electrical clients You will manage and encourage stakeholder engagement You will undertake some basic data entry and database management You will work with third-party authorities like Vic Roads and Services NSW to ensure that client vehicles are registered and compliant Skills we are looking for: You have a can-do attitude and are excited to learn new skills You enjoy working independently or working collaboratively as a part of the team You are welcoming and friendly to all Arkon clients You are organised, have strong attention to detail and good time management Competent use of Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel).
