About the Role As the Payroll Administrator you'll be responsible for: Process and manage all aspects of payroll, including calculating hours, calculating deductions, processing new hires and terminations, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. Updating employee master files in payroll system. Resetting user accounts and assisting customers with Direct Access log in issues. Keep up to date with changes in payroll regulations and adjust payroll systems and processes accordingly. Collaborate with other department to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits. Updating reporting lines in Direct Access ESS system. Assists the payroll team with payroll projects and adhoc tasks (as required). Adhering to Payroll Internal Process and Procedures - following Payroll Processing Checklists to ensure data integrity, data accuracy, and meeting compliance and auditing requirements. About You Ideally you will have 1-2 years commercial experience within a high volume payroll environment (500 employees).
