As a distributor and manufacturer of pest control supplies Customer Service is at the heart of what they do, as such they are prepared to provide training and invest in the future of all new employees. The successful candidate will be a committed professional who has experience with Customer Service and some Accounting functions (e.g., Invoicing, Purchasing) whether that be through job experience or formal education. If you have some of this experience and are willing to learn they are willing to train. Duties and Responsibilities: Answering the phone with a smile Communicating effectively with customers, suppliers, and freight carriers, both over the phone and via email Entering and processing customer orders Processing returns/damages Tracking customer orders Updating customer databases as needed Invoicing Asist with various month-end accounting Maintaining existing customer relationships Providing support to Technical Service and Outside Sales teams Required Experience To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and attributes: Customer Service Experience (3 years) Good eye for detail Friendly with a positive attitude Strong desire to help people Highly organised with good prioritisation capabilities Proficient in written and verbal communication Responsive and attentive, willingness to genuinely help Ability to multitask Ability to communicate with peers at all levels of the organisation Working hours - 8.30am - 5.30pm, onsite at Auburn.
