About the Opportunity: An exciting opportunity for you to join Concrite as the Sales Manager with an overall accountability on revenue and margin generation of concrete sales for NSW and ACT. As the Sales Manager, you be responsible for leading a high performing sales team towards delivering against budgeted volume and price objectives and, designing the best commercial outcomes through targeted segment and customer mix. Actively lead and promote Concrite’s vision of Zero Harm with key customers Establish and maintain strategic relationships with customer and industry stakeholders Monitor tender information sources and determine suitable business opportunities and, strategic approach to winning profitable business Develop segment sales plans and forward order book to ensure the business is commercially strong throughout the cycle Oversee the NSW/ACT sales teams call cycles and customer account planning process Promote a culture of leadership and accountability within the sales team to exceed business and customer expectations Use customer insights to drive and guide the development of new offerings as well as, ientify key accounts and maximise service and margin Lead and support the delivery of the Concrite sales strategy through implementation of effective engagement, communication and performance strategies. As the successful applicant you will possess: Strong experience in a sales management role Significant, progressive experience in commercial acumen, business development and project management Experience in new product development and establishing new markets Degree or equivalent in Commerce, Marketing or similar (Desirable, not essential) Current Driver’s Licence Familiarity with the construction materials industry (Preferably Concrete and/or Quarries) Highly developed understanding of sales tools, methodologies and business processes Self-motivated and ability to operate autonomously without constant supervision and direction, communication, negotiation and arbitration skills Demonstrated ability to develop effective working relationships with all people, and to lead and influence people Why YOU should join Concrite Be a key player in the success of a leading, Australian-owned Construction Materials company Tailored succession planning based on YOUR career aspirations Attractive remuneration package on offer for the ideal candidate
