In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate records, managing documents, and supporting their administrative functions. What Is On Offer? Role title: Registry Officer Start Date: ASAP End Date: 18/02/24 Location: Sydney CBD, close to public transport Pay Rate: $32.00 - 33.34/hour plus super Potential view to extend What Will You Be Doing? As a Registry Officer, you will be responsible for the following: Performing data entry, filing, scanning, and emailing of documents Assisting with basic reception duties, including guiding clients to appropriate hearing rooms Handling straightforward phone enquiries and redirecting calls to the relevant officer Managing incoming and outgoing mail to ensure efficient distribution Facilitating the transfer of files between different office locations What Experience Will You Bring?
