We are expanding our Engineering Team at Aegros and looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Process Engineer to join us on a permanent full time basis at our Macquarie Park, Sydney location. Reporting to the Head of Special Projects - Engineering, you will play at Integral part in supporting and delivering engineering and process work to develop and improve our operations. You will have the opportunity to carry out operations projects relating to technology development, process/bioprocess development, optimisation, and product development. You will facilitate technology transfer and support production as well as working with other key stakeholders across the business. Does this sound like the next step in your career? Duties & Tasks of the role Include: Supporting and delivering on identified engineering and process work to develop and improve operations. Carrying out Operations projects relating to technology development, process/bioprocess development, optimisation, and product development. Supporting Production Assisting operations and the optimization of engineering technology, equipment and processes in a cGMP environment. Ensuring SOPs, WI’s and other documentation for process and operations are clear and concise providing effective and efficient instruction. Supporting technology transfer; provide training and support to Production team and support project delivery. Supporting Validation, CI/FI work and apply Lean 6 Sigma methodologies. Carrying out Operations projects relating to process, optimisation and scale up; and achieve outcomes within defined constraints (safety, cost, time and quality). Analysing and Reporting progress and outcomes both internally and with collaborating organisations. Requirements Skills & Qualifications: Degree qualifications in Process or Mechanical Engineering 2-3 years relevant work experience in biotech/pharmaceutical/medical industry.
