ABOUT THE ROLE: Reporting into the Marketing Manager, this role will be pivotal in the implementation of our marketing plan across Retail, from creative execution to campaign results and sales analysis. The role offers the potential to be involved in the full marketing mix and is perfect for an individual who is tenacious and thrives in a fast paced environment managing numerous projects at once and looking to expand on his/her marketing experience. Positively and proactively, work towards improving position systems and processes to streamline reporting, communication and information to managers. Some key responsiblities include: Campaign Management Campaign Planning Local Packaging Creation VM strategy Supporting Collateral for Key Campaigns Campaign Communication Pack (CCP) for each campaign Sales Analysis Accurate and timely analysis of each campaign, on the first day of the campaign. Conduct weekly campaign analysis and a campaign report at the end of each campaign to analyse campaign effectiveness, promotions performances, ROI, and key learnings. Run regular dashboards on sales to better understand our business, identify strengths and weaknesses, and recommend accurate actions. Support local boutiques activity Support individual boutiques implementing local marketing activities with proactive strategy & analysis in order to maximise their business & add value. Develop relationships with key boutique managers & have a flare for creative marketing & ideas. Support new store opening marketing activities Lead strategy for Outlet and Kiosk stores, including assortment, offers, kits, and any other marketing activities. Prepare CCP to help execute the strategy Activation & POP-UPS Lead Activation & Event management, including but not limited to: - Develop Concept and define KPI together with the Marketing Manager - Lead multi-function team to coordinate and ensure successful execution of the same. Including liaising with suppliers on activation structure, design & coordination of the same. VM & product assortment, brand partnerships, eventing, influencer plan & centre management support. ABOUT YOU: Strong attention to detail Planning & Prioritising – excellent time management skills, able to prioritise tasks to achieve objectives.
