About the role: Answer incoming calls and manage service booking requests Process bookings in the job management system Manage customer enquiries relating to bookings, warranties, and other issues Provide updates to customers on booking status Escalate customer complaints to relevant department for prompt resolution About you: Strong customer focus and the ability to remain calm Excellent communication skills Patience and understanding from a customer's viewpoint A positive attitude with a strong work ethic Call centre experience and/or other customer service focussed background This role will suit an individual who enjoys a high-volume inbound role and has a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
