About the role The Office Coordinator role is a newly created role with professional general administrative support and assistance to the CEO and wider teams along with assisting with office management duties. You will liaise and engage with high-level professionals, members, and key stakeholders and coordinate key projects such as the new office fit-out. About the candidate You will be an Office Coordinator or team assistant who is adaptable, and proactive and can manage competing priorities and a busy schedule in a dynamic environment. You will be a forward-thinker with exceptional organisation and time management skills and be a positive professional. You will have excellent stakeholder engagement skills and written and verbal communication skills. Duties include but are not limited to: The first point of call for phone enquires from members Assisting the Education and Events Manager with event registration administration Liaise with internal & external stakeholders Responsible for general enquiries membership/events inboxes Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the CEO and wider team To be successful you will have: Experience in office coordination, administration or team assistant role Taking initiative, forward-thinking, pre-emptive & always a step ahead Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent attention to detail with a structured and organised approach Exceptional written and verbal communication Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems eg.
