The Opportunity: Located in our Port Melbourne warehouse, we are currently seeking a Posting Warehouse Officer Part time working ( Week 1 - Tuesday to Thursday and Week 2 Wednesday to Friday hours of work are 8 am to 4 pm on each day) to join the team. As a Posting Warehouse Officer I, you will be responsible for the management of poster stock and provide support to Warehouse procedures. The position works to coordinate, receipt, organise storage, and the issuing of posters, including the administrative functions to achieve these tasks.In this position, you will be working closely alongside with the Network Operations, Field Operations, Platform Operations, and Delivery Teams on all aspects of poster delivery and Installations and co-ordinate administrative support across the business. Carry out poster functions and activities including receipt, data entry, stock levels, layout, logistics, poster storage, and labels to ensure agreed levels of posting support, services, and accuracyEstablish strong and productive working relationships with suppliers, internal and external customers, and colleagues to gain maximum service levelsAdhere to agreed target levels and administrative functions relating to posting servicesWork with the Warehouse Officer and Asset Manager to develop, document, and implement best business practices in poster receipt and dispatch Experience:Develop effective relationships with Team Leaders and Operatives and respond to feedback in relation to poster distribution activitiesPrevious experience in data entry, warehouse operations and administrationA high standard of written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a teamAttention to detailPlanning and organising skillsPhysical strength as some heavy lifting involvedActively comply with and promote the published oOhmedia behavioursProactively adhere and promote oOhmedia Work Health Safety (WHS) policiesOur Benefits: You flex – We are all different and we recognise that.
