Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise a team of construction workers, providing guidance and support. - Coordinate and schedule daily tasks to meet project timelines. - Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment. - Collaborate with project managers to understand project requirements and objectives. - Perform hands-on construction tasks as needed, demonstrating expertise in various construction techniques. - Conduct regular inspections to ensure work quality and compliance with specifications. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during construction activities. - Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and employee attendance. - Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
