We are seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our team and help us create compelling visual content that represents our brand and supports our clients’ needs. Responsibilities Develop and execute creative concepts for the company brand and client projects. Generate on-brand design solutions for various digital and print channels, including but not limited to poster design, social media, website, email campaigns, and presentations. Ensure consistency and quality across all company's visual communication materials. Collaborate with cross-functional departments and stakeholders to create top-notch designs that align with business goals and user experience. Manage and prioritize multiple projects while adhering to timelines and budgets. Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and innovations to bring fresh ideas to the team. Lead and mentor junior designers. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field. 5 years of professional experience in a similar role. A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating visual identities, typography, iconography, and other design elements. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign are a must). Deep understanding of design principles and best practices and how to apply them to various mediums and channels. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to give and receive constructive feedback and iterate on designs based on feedback.
