Job Description: As a Furniture Sales Associate, you will play a key role in our showroom, assisting customers in finding the perfect furniture pieces to suit their needs and style preferences. Your responsibilities will include: Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers, providing expert guidance and product knowledge to help them make informed purchase decisions. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our furniture offerings, including materials, features, and styles, to effectively answer customer inquiries. Sales and Consultation: Listen to customer needs, offer product recommendations, and guide them through the sales process to ensure they find the perfect furniture solutions. Visual Merchandising: Help maintain an attractive and organized showroom, ensuring furniture displays are visually appealing and products are well-stocked. Point of Sale (POS): Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including sales, returns, and exchanges. Customer Follow-Up: Provide post-sale support, including addressing any concerns or issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Inventory Management: Assist with inventory tracking and restocking as needed. Requirements: Previous retail sales experience, preferably in furniture or home decor. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Passion for furniture and interior design. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to work effectively in a team.
