Our busy Port Macquarie, Lord Street clinic is seeking a customer focused and dedicated Medical Receptionist to join the team. This role is a part time, permanent position with flexibility working Monday to Friday shifts between 8am to 5:30pm What will you be doing? This role will be divided between patient-facing medical reception and on the phone booking in-clinic appointments. Some of your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Be the first point of contact for patients at reception Make appointments for several clinics across multiple modalities (e.g. x-ray, MRI, ultrasound) Providing excellent customer service and patient care Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, colleagues and managers Our ideal Candidate To be successful in this role, you will have experience in reception and administration and the ability to work in fast-paced environments. You'll be flexible working autonomously and in a team environment with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
