The Role Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, the Receptionist role is part of a dynamic team situated at the heart of ABN Group’s vibrant and brand new Leederville office. As a member of our engaging reception team you are one of the first points of contact for customers, suppliers, staff and visitors to ABN’s Leederville office and have daily interaction with employees from all levels across the organisation. As a core function of the role you will greet customers, suppliers and corporate partners by phone and in person, ensuring their queries are addressed with a customer-focussed, respectful and professional approach and directing them to the right area of the business. Your responsibilities will include but not limit you to: Working in a busy reception team servicing 20 businesses across ABN Group Meeting and greeting customers and corporate guests Answering and redirecting calls in a professional and efficient manner Management of meeting rooms and common areas General administration and office duties as required You We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable managing reception while also thriving in an engaging, customer facing environment and taking on varied administrative and office tasks as requested. To be considered for this role you must possess; Experience working in a corporate receptionist role with 5 years experience desired Experience liaising with a range of stakeholders including Executives Excellent communication skills, including an outstanding telephone manner Excellent time management Ability to work collaboratively with a team and a wide range of stakeholders Good computer/data entry skills and a strong eye for detail A passion for customer service Immaculate personal presentation Strong alignment to ABN Group’s values – Authentic, Passion, Leadership, Excellent, Relentless and Fun.
