Job Title: Customer Service Advisor The Advisor II, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. We have exciting fixed-term opportunities where you get to make a real impact so join our diverse and passionate team today Key Role Details: Hourly rate of $30.00 Super Fixed term contract until end of June 2024 8 week performance bonus of $500 End of contract performance bonus based on tenure, up to $2000 Training must be attended full time for 4 weeks and minimum of 30 hours per week afterwards Monday to Friday rotating roster of 7am - 8pm. You will be the first point of contact for inbound customer enquiries and will provide a refreshing and positive experience every time. Who are you? You believe quality customer service is paramount when dealing with customers.
