We are seeking a Construction Manager to lead electrical works on our major project. As the Construction Manager you will monitor contractor performance and facilitate the site management of construction works for our substation sites. Your proven experience will see you ensure project delivery in compliance with associated contract specifications, Transgrid polices & procedures to meet all stakeholder expectations. This position is responsible for ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with associated Health, Safety and Environmental Management plans and all organisational and legislative WHS requirements. About you You will be a highly capable Leader who is adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to be flexible and take on challenges with a positive and productive mindset. With exceptional stakeholder management skills, you will build strong partnerships across the organisation and build credibility with stakeholders to deliver the best outcomes for the project.
