Our opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Associate to join our team at The Fabric - Altona North. You will support to the Sales Consultant by providing assistance with daily sales office activities including selling town homes and apartments, providing customer service, sales centre administration, Salesforce database management and follow up calls. Please note this is a full-time role 5 days per week, must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday. Your responsibilities are:Assist Sales Consultant to achieve sales rates as determined by the Sales ManagerPrepare reports and documents as required and Coordinate sales & marketing related functions of display suite openings, releases, and project launchesBuild market and competitor knowledge through research and networking.Build legal knowledge (contracts, procedures, legal representation) and Assist in the evaluation and reporting of sales and advertising activities as requiredMonitor market trends and competitor activity and report relevant changes to management via a monthly reportManage sales floor plans, sales schedules and reporting as well as booking diaries and appointments.Maintain high level of presentation and adequate stocks for display suites and sales officesCheck sales boards are up to dateYour point of difference To be successful you will have one of the following Current Real Estate Certificates:Agent Representative LicenceCertificate IV in Real Estate PracticeDiploma of Property ServicesDiploma of Property - Agency ManagementYou will have demonstrated commercial / financial acumen administration or sales experience, have strong database management knowledge and customer service skills Finally you will hold excellent Microsoft Suite skills. strong written and communication abilities and polished personal presentation.
