Realise your potential and make an impact with us. The Role:Based in our Port Melbourne Depot, we are currently seeking to expand our warehouse operations with a Warehouse Officer. As a Warehouse Officer, working Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 pm.Supporting our warehouse operations, you’ll be responsible for and provide Field Service support for the Posting, Cleaning, and Maintenance Teams along with the safe and efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of warehoused goods and ensuring the effective operation of the oOhmedia WarehouseAssist with poster preparation as and when required.Accurately record inbound/outbound stock movements across the oOhmedia Warehouse and to other warehouse facilities ensuring the online Stock Database is kept up to date at all timesManage Stocktakes and stock balancesComplete monthly warehouse audits and complianceCoordinate, in conjunction with Field Operations Team Leaders/Managers, scheduled and unplanned maintenance for equipment and vehicles. Manage the tools registers and ensure maintenance is kept up to all power toolsLoad/unload containers/trucks with pickups and deliveriesMaintain order and cleanliness of the warehouse ensuring warehouse compliance with OH&S requirements.Operate equipment and machinery with care and in a safe manor.Safely load and unload trucks of various configurations and sizes in a timely manner. Unload vehicles accurately and within specified time limits with a focus on ensuring materials are physically receipted correctly, employing appropriate manual handling behaviorsThe Experience Have a current manual Australian Driver’s license and an LF high-risk license.Proven experience in warehousing practices including stock management and stocktakesExcellent time management skillsPlanning and organisation skillsA self-starter with initiative to improve current processes.Demonstrated and competent computer skills in Microsoft OfficeOur Benefits:You flex – We are all different and we recognise that.
