FIFO 5:2 - 4:3 roster | 12 hour days Key Accountability's Include But Are Not Limited To Internal and external stakeholder management/coordination Coordinate the safety and risk analysis reports and ensure all construction activities comply with safety deliverables Provide leadership and coaching towards your team Demonstrate an understanding all phases of construction projects, identifying and managing key issues with expertise Apply an expert understanding to financial objects by implementing construction measurements and targets Qualifications And Skills 10 years experience within in mining construction projects Proven management experience Proven experience in coordinating in multidisciplinary projects Proactive and self-motivated, with a drive for excellence Results driven, responsible and accountable Experience/Knowledge of delivering large scale projects.
