We need a Internal Sales / Parts interpreter to work in the product support area. This new position that will involve various tasks. It is necessary to be flexible with skills and be willing to move around the section to keep up with demand and learn the product. Reporting to the Sales Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) being responsible for Customer support / Parts interpreter for Air and Spring Starters. Assisting customers via phone and email enquiries, processing orders and ensuring timely product delivery, plus handling logistics. TO APPLY YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS: Mechanical aptitude - ability to understand mechanical parts. Excellent Customer Support / sales exp. Excellent communications skills (verbal and written) High attention to detail. Physically fit to conduct manual handling Automotive or engineering parts background ideal.
