Your role as a Team Assistant will be crucial for effectively representing the firm, supporting a team, liaising and developing relationships with internal & external stakeholders, providing quality customer service and undertaking ad-hoc administration responsibilities. RESPONSIBILITIES You will be working within a specialised area of the firm assisting a team of Accountants with the following duties: Following up documents and correspondence. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to undertake responsibilities. Arranging travel and accommodation bookings. Compiling and collating correspondence. Ensuring accuracy of records and database management. Undertaking general administration duties for the team. Billing and invoice management. Meeting resource preparation. Assisting with the preparation of tenders. Develop and maintain templates. Liaising with ATO and ASIC. General ad hoc administration duties. ABOUT YOU We envision that a successful candidate will have previous experience within an Australian Public Practice firm or in a professional services firm, as well as portray the below characteristics: Minimum 2 years experience in a similar environment or industry. Excellent time management, organisation and problem solving abilities. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Capacity to work proactively with a team and autonomously.
