We are looking for an experienced Administration Assistant to provide a high level of administrative and clerical support to the Daramulen Aboriginal Home Care branches at all times. This role is responsible for ensuring all incoming enquiries into the branch are managed and triaged professionally in a timely manner and be a key point of contact regarding all branch queries from clients, staff and stakeholders. The successful applicant for this role will have strong administration and clerical skills, strong understanding of expenses and travel coordination and an understanding of the needs of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander communities. Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload will see you thrive in this role.
