Rewards & Benefits Generous salary package NFP salary packaging RDO once a month and additional leave (8 weeks leave per year) 15% Superannuation Office flexibility Personal development allowance Unlimited access to EAP services About the role: As the Data Entry and Admin Support Officer, you will be responsible for the accurate input of a wide variety of records, including feedback forms, surveys, and training data. This role requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and the professional handling of information that is both sensitive and confidential. In addition to this you will provide admin support to the Program and Operations Manager and the broader MATES Program as required and includes duties such as taking minutes/meeting notes, ordering of office supplies, supporting event coordination. Your skills and attributes: Recent experience within an administrative based role. Experience with high volume data entry and updating records. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and similar tools. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Willingness to complete and pass a police check Must have full Australian working rights Responsibilities: Source and prepare data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information. Maintain database by entering new and updated training, attendance, and feedback information. Provide assistance with running data extract and other reports from the database in a timely manner. Ensure information is handled in a confidential and sensitive manner.
