Working with a large Health organisation going through huge growth, we are looking for a Payroll / Administration Team Leader to lead a team of five. This role sits within the Shared Services team and plays a crucial role in dealing with Payroll and HR administration and requests. Role: Dealing with payroll queries for all employees HR admin in the form of contract variations, terminations and onboarding Assisting in resolution of queries, or passing to the correct team This role sits within the Shared Services Leadership team Leading a team of five, mentoring and overseeing day to day employee requirements The successful candidate will have: Experience leading, managing, and mentoring a small team Payroll knowledge to understand where to send the requests - desired Great communication and customer services skills with internal stakeholders High attention to detail and organisation skills Experience with internal process and policy improvement Either a HR, Payroll or Admin Team Leader background and the ability to learn quickly The role will start off in the office, but move to hybrid once you have done the initial training period and have your feet on a 40/60 split.
