Contracts Administration Specialist - Upstream — Victoria, Australia

The Role As a Contract Administration Specialist €“ you will be part of an exciting transformation in the contracts and billing teams within Upstream With exceptional customer service skills and a natural leadership style, you will assist the Contract Administration Manager with overseeing and upskilling team members, and identifying opportunities to streamline and improve processes at a business critical time. You will also meet key deliverables and ensure all contracts are correctly loaded and all deals are invoiced and settled in compliance with the Upstream€™s business rules. This is a great opportunity to help shape the future of the Contract Administration team Your key responsibilities Ensure all deals are invoiced, settled and contracts loaded into Upstream systems in a timely and efficient manner Facilitate and follow up deals for invoicing by e nsuring stuck deals are identified and action/escalation is attended to promptly Ongoing monitoring and reporting on settlement, contract and invoice management KPI€™s in line with business and regional standards Regularly reviewing, identifying knowledge gaps and upskilling the contract administration team members and providing ongoing training Ensure all policies and processes are documented and training manuals are updated regularly Wo rk with Contract Admin Manager to review processes and policies to ensure best practice and implement identified improvements and assist with any change management for affected team members. Act as the point of contact for team escalations Reporting on data and key deliverables to the Contracts Administration Manager
