About The Role The Retail Company Stores Manager position offers a breadth of functions requiring you to work closely with store management and staff whilst contributing to the effective and productive operation of equity and short term for non-equity stores. Assist with best practice in store retail systems and process training. You will support the Company Retail Stores in WA to perform effectively by coaching and mentoring Managers in store sales, customer satisfaction and profitability and ensuring the businesses are managed in line with the Bridgestone Select business model. About you Leveraging your diverse skills and operational experience you will be responsible for leading, mentoring and empowering your team, whilst ensuring compliance and safe work practices and are always followed. You will drive sales targets and business initiatives whilst also ensuring the provision of superior service delivery. An eye for detail and a talent for recognising and pro-actively driving continuous improvement are qualities we applaud. You should be able to demonstrate that you have effective influencing and leadership skills with the determination we need to drive exceptional service delivery and strengthen Bridgestone's position as a market leader. Key skills required for the role: Retail experience including store management Strong oral and written communication skills The ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels Strong analytical and problem solving abilities Demonstrated initiative/self-motivated Commitment to safe workplace practices Ability to lead, manage and develop personnel Automotive industry knowledge would be advantageous but not essential.
