The Project CPB Contractors has been selected, in joint venture, as the partner to work with the Australian Rail Track Corporation for the delivery of Inland Rail's southern civil works program. The Australian Government's Australian Rail Track Corporation selected the ACACPB Joint Venture, a 50-50 joint venture formed by CPB Contractors and ACCIONA Construction Australia, under a Collaborative Framework Agreement (CFA) located in NSW. Your opportunity Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Contract Administrator will support the tender and delivery teams with the procurement and contract management of subcontract packages, cost forecasting, control and reporting, and assist with the administration of Head Contract requirements. Our minimum requirements for this role are: Relevant experience in a contracting construction environment that engages in various subcontractors Experience working on a large construction project is highly desirable as well as local project exposure Strong communication skills, ability to prioritise, and excellent attention to detail Completion of a relevant Institute of Applied Technology - Construction course is highly regarded This role is based in Brisbane.
