Ongoing opportunity Attractive remuneration package Flexible working environment (open to full-time, part-time and job share arrangements) Ongoing development opportunities About the team The Capability Design team builds the public service of the future through the design, delivery and evaluation of innovative workforce frameworks, enabling resources and sector-wide capability uplift strategies. About the role As a Project Support Officer, you will play an integral role in ensuring the success of our projects by providing administrative and logistical support for all capability design and uplift programs. This includes a range of project research, analysis, reporting, implementation and administrative activities to support the development and delivery of projects in line with the Capability Design team?s plans and objectives. Key Responsibilities Provide support, including event organisation, meeting management and consultation activities, for projects and/or programs managed by the team Undertake basic research and analysis and contribute to the preparation of project briefs to support informed decision making and planning Prepare a range of documents to support program delivery including formatting, presentation and preparation of reports, and meeting papers Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, budgets and project risk logs . Monitor project progress and proactively identify and communicate potential issues. Maintain and update business records with meticulous attention to detail. Provide administrative support, including procurement, expense tracking, and management. What you bring to the role? Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritise tasks will be key to the success of our programs. Advanced computer literacy skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite ( MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Proficiency in document management and reporting and the ability to effectively use the agency?s document management system to manage and maintain project documentation, schedules, and resources efficiently. Strong written and verbal communication skills , including the ability to write concisely for documentation. To find out more, view the Role Description .
