ROLE As a State Sales Manager, you will be a the pioneer of support to the WA team to drive and grow sales and profitability within the commercial and residential segments. You will lead by example, building, nurturing, and developing strong relationships to boost sales with architects, interior designers, builders, and end users. DUTIES Oversee the sales and operations of the business at the state level Develop, implement, and execute a sales strategy to enter the commercial and residential market Champion the company's vision and values Lead, inspire, and motivate the team through empathetic coaching, mentoring, and nurturing techniques Strategically create new business opportunities, targeting architects, interior designers, builders, and end users.
