Perfect opportunity for a passionate & organised Sales Admin Assistant to join a successful & hardworking residential sales team in Cronulla The Role We are looking for a sales administrator with exceptional attention to detail , a high level of organisation, and the ability to work autonomously as well as take direction within a team. This role requires previous real estate experience, ideally in sales admin. It is a full time position working for an established senior agent and their team. This role is 80% administration and 20% client management. The Agent is looking for a ‘career assistant’ - someone who loves the pace of a sales team and sees their career in Sales yet does not want to focus on the prospecting. This role is based at our Cronulla office, working Monday - Saturday, with a mid-week ½ day RDO. Duties include, but are not limited to: All team administration duties including marketing, data entry, reports Working alongside a Senior Agent - receive mentorship and training Campaign management – chasing documents to sign, dealing with solicitors/conveyancers/stylists Managing the compliance for the team (this will be trained) Managing the marketing requirements: ordering the DL’s/EDM’s, liaising with the in-house photographer, and graphic designer, posting advertising online Social media management: posting content/properties online, creating fun posts/pics relevant to the business ‘Meet and Greet’ at open homes Attending and assisting with onsite and in-house auctions Client relationship management – nurturing the current campaign contacts and doing callbacks Attending sales training, sales meetings, and company events In order to be successful in this role, you will need: Must have Certificate of Registration (legal industry requirement) Previous real estate experience is required (ideally in sales) Exceptional organisation and prioritising skills Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written Must work well under pressure Needs patience and enthusiasm to succeed within this role Strong confidence – assertive yet professional and friendly Must have strong attention to detail Happy to manage lengthy admin and data entry duties Need good follow up ability The ability to thrive within a professional and fast-paced environment Must be presentable A bit about Highland Listed on REB as the 1 Sales Office in Australia in 2023 , Highland truly are a trusted and leading real estate agency in the Sutherland Shire.
