About the role: Our Child, Youth and Family Services strengthen families so children can live at home safely, free from abuse and neglect, and enjoy the best possible start to life. We deliver voluntary services to families at high risk of entering or escalating within the statutory child protection system. This position is critical to the smooth operation of our service. As our tech savvy Support Coordinator, you will support the successful running of our Child, Youth and Family Service by Reviewing and modifying administrative processes and systems to be responsive to the needs of our clients. Monitoring and reporting on program KPI’s and contractual obligations Coordinating programs audits to ensure compliance Ensuring program content is fit for purpose and available for the team Utilising internal and external systems to ensure data is accurate and updated Organising team events including team meetings Skills and Experience We want you to be successful in your new role This means you'll have the following: Outstanding attention to detail with the ability to question the pieces that are missing or don’t make sense The ability to balance multiple tasks, manage interruptions and competing priorities effectively Can do, outcomes focused attitude with the ability to work autonomously and contribute to team outcomes Advanced skills in all Microsoft applications Experience in the Community Services Sector would be beneficial Our Benefits We support people to live their best life.
