Opportunity Within our EMEA/ APAC-wide Internship Program CareerStartsas we're offering a 6-month full-time internship in our Technical Support department as a Technical Support Intern You'll learn about technical support for enterprise-class SAS installations. You'll learn about the complex interactions and dependencies between multiple SAS system components, servers, applications, security providers, storage systems, hardware, and third-party products. With this knowledge you'll be able to resolve SAS customer issues and influence software direction. You'll be part of a global team that operates 24x7 and have an opportunity to engage with many of the largest business out there - those in the Fortune 500. Required qualifications: You're curious, passionate, authentic, and accountable. These are our values and influence everything we do. Strong communication skills - both written and verbal. We're a global company, English is a key. Leadership abilities. Your past experiences demonstrate you'll take initiative and go above and beyond the call of duty. You're interested in the future of Analytics and embrace technology. You're a college student enrolled in an accredited program at the end of course. Or, you are a fresh graduate. Target majors include all the STEM faculties, Quantitative Finance or equivalent.
