About The Role We have an opportunity for a Customer Service Officer - Rostering to join our Rostering team. Reporting to the Head of Financial Planning and Performance, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a proactive, responsive and accountable procurement delivery culture across Endeavour Foundation to support operational excellence. Duties include: Rostering support workers through the client management software program Ensuring customers' needs are met at first point of contact through proactive customer service Directing enquiries internally, take ownership and resolve issues Outbound communication and stakeholder collaboration & negotiation Conflict resolution and strategic problem solving Assisting in developing a culture within the team that reflects the values and care principles of Endeavour Foundation About You Previous experience within a similar role is highly desirable Proven experience in a customer service role within fast paced environments Operational experience is highly desirable especially in rostering (Carelink, MS Office & database applications) Initiate & facilitate meetings in many environments i.e. over the phone, in person or MS Teams A great people person, you are a team player who is approachable and helpful Willingness to travel from time to time Availability to work shifts on a rotation and weekends where required especially if Endeavour moves towards a 7 day / 24 hour service model Benefits and Perks Salary Packaging Benefits Package up to $15,900 of your annual salary tax free, and additional $2,650 for meal and entertainment expenses.
