This is a technical lead role responsible to optimise business processes through the implementation of intelligent automation solutions. The role supports Senior Manager of Intelligent Automation and collaborates with cross-functional teams in all aspects of automation lifecycle from ideation, discovery, design, develop, test and post go-live support and involves managing junior and mid-level automation developers. This role will collaborate with stakeholder to understand their process and design and document end-to-end automation solutions. As the technical specialist, the role will develop and test UiPath solutions, ensuring best practices. This role will drive UiPath solutions through user acceptance testing (UAT), change management and end-user training and support to ensure successful adoption. About You Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using UiPath (UiPath RPA Developer certification preferred) will see you succeed in this role.  You will have solid experience in a Senior RPA Developer or technical lead role with strong knowledge of best practices. Experience with SQL, MS Power Platform, .NET or Java is preferred You will be highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. An understanding of SDLC, DevOps and Agile methodologies is preferred. Tertiary qualifications in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline is preferred for this role.
