About the role Thiess is seeking CHPP Trades Personnel at our Lake Vermont Mine near Dysart. We are currently seeking: Electrical CHPP Operator Maintainers – day shift and night shift CHPP Maintenance Electricians – day shift only Reporting to the CHPP Maintenance Supervisor or CHPP Superintendent, this role will see you maintaining all areas of the Coal Handling Preparation Plant in line with the production and maintenance schedules. This role is a permanent position that will see you working 12.25-hour 7 days 7 days off (Wednesday-Tuesday). Full camp facilities are available and bus transportation is provided from Mackay or Rockhampton to the Dysart Camp. Requirements Trade Certificate in Electrical, Engineering Fabrication or equivalent Current QLD Electrical Licence Low Voltage Rescue – for Electricians Previous or current experience working within the fixed plant environment Current EEHA and HV competencies will be highly regarded Current Standard 11 Statement of Attainment High commitment to a positive safety culture Benefits Annual salary $133,837 - $144,116 (excl.
