About the Position: We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced sales consultant, with a passion for jewellery to join the Everett Brooke’s close-knit team. This position is the first point of contact for clients and is responsible for providing expert advice and maximising the client experience. Typically, this role requires working from Monday to Saturday with a compensatory weekday off, as Saturdays tend to be the busiest. Key Responsibilities: Greeting customers and providing first point of contact when clients walk in Showcasing inhouse jewellery Liaising with clients in designing custom/bespoke jewellery Building and maintaining client relationships Maintaining exceptional store presentation Store administration Attend Wedding Expos as required (generally 2 per year) ‘What you look like’ and need to demonstrate to be successful’. Demonstrated prior experience in sales (jewellery sales desired but not essential) A passion for jewellery – we want you to love what you do Strong attention to detail Strong relationship building skills Neat and professional appearance and demeanour Well-developed customer service skills Comfortable and respectful in a team environment Keen to learn from and help other team members Ability to liaise with clients about jewellery and designs A proactive and a can-do attitude What’s on offer?
