About the role: We are currently seeking an experienced Packing, Logistics and Warehouse Leader to join our dynamic team based in Mernda, Victoria. In this position you will lead and manage the Prepack and Warehouse Department Operations to ensure accurate stock control and allocation, and timely dispatch and delivery of goods. Key responsibilities include: Provide leadership and direction to pre-pack and warehouse operations, driving the operational plans, objectives, and targets. Ensure daily business compliance, corporate governance and continuous improvement. Review and implement measurable productivity and quality standards achieving agreed targets. Manage the daily activities and roster of the warehouse, prepack, dispatch office and dry goods teams. Establish production schedules to meet agreed volumes. Promote and implement continuous improvement initiatives and lean techniques to improve warehouse and administrative processes. Ensure production costs are within agreed budget. Align, build, coach & develop capability of team members. Ensure all HACCP, SQF and quality standards and procedures are met. About you: Previous experience in food/FMCG is preferred. Proven Supervisory & Leadership experience essential. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey messages accurately. Have a Continuous Improvement mindset.
