About the role: The Property Administrator is a full time, permanent position, based at our North Ryde Office. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Property this role is responsible for Managing the property administration functions for the Group. Key Accountabilities: Manage CSR's Commercial Property database and actively assist with sourcing and integrating a new Property Management System to replace SAP REFX. Oversee the admin function for SAP REFX system which manages 120 leased sites across Australia and New Zealand, with rent and outgoings payable in excess of $50 million per annum. Lease administration and arrears management. Liaison with Accounts Payable for monthly payments. Assist the business units with lease portfolio financial reports. Manage ad hoc outgoings payments via the Business units. Provide ongoing team assistance to the Property team (organising travel, board papers, memos, expenses, presentation, ad hoc admin etc). Manage the Property inbox About You: Ideally you will have a growth mindset that is focused on learning new skills that will build on progressing your career in the property industry, such as a property management role. Ideally 3 years' experience in a similar role is desirable. SAP experience preferred but not essential. Business related degree desirable. Proven strong internal and external stakeholder management. Strong negotiation skills and contract management. Effective written and oral communication skills.
