Sales Director - Fraud Protection Services - Sydney or Melbourne based Up to 240k Super Comms About the Company: We are currently representing a leading company in the fraud protection services industry. With a strong global presence, the company is dedicated to providing innovative solutions to combat fraud and protect consumers. They are seeking a talented and experienced Fraud Protection Services (FPS) Sales Director to drive their revenue growth in the Australian market, with further plans to expand into the Asian Market. About the Role: As the FPS Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in generating new revenue streams and expanding the company's FPS business. You will be responsible for sourcing and developing strategic partnerships with international commercial partners, particularly those connected to global banks and enterprises. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the company's strategic growth and make a significant impact in the fraud protection services sector. Responsibilities: Identify and contract Australian (global) service providers, banking institutions, and enterprise customers to contribute to the company's growth ambition. Drive revenue and margin from existing customers while developing new customer relationships. Source key stakeholders within target organisations and build strong relationships across multiple departments. Educate stakeholders about the value of Mobile Network Operator (MNO) data for mobile authentication and fraud prevention purposes. Negotiate competitive contracts with service providers, positioning the company as the preferred/exclusive supplier of international Mobile Operator data. Develop accounts, build a robust pipeline of opportunities, and proactively explore potential partnership opportunities and solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to identify specific industry and country-specific requirements and develop tailored solutions to address industry challenges. Provide regular reports to the Head of Strategy FPS, highlighting pipeline opportunities, risks, and accurate forecasts. Stay updated on industry trends and market influences to make strategic recommendations for future development. About You: As an experienced sales professional, you have a proven track record of successfully negotiating complex commercial contracts and achieving outstanding results. Your background in fraud/identity/payment solutions, specifically within the financial sector, equips you with the expertise needed to excel in this role. Your strong commercial acumen, excellent presentation skills, and ability to develop existing accounts to identify new revenue streams make you an ideal candidate for this position.
