Our Client, a Toowoomba-based Employer of Choice in the Not-for-Profit sector, is seeking a full-time Receptionist for an on-going contract role. This position could lead to a permanent role for the right person. This is a busy, client-facing position so it is essential that applicants for this opportunity have a strong customer focus and a commitment to providing a quality service to vulnerable people. Key responsibilities include: Welcoming clients arriving for appointments. Answering phone calls and emails in a timely manner. Completing opening and closing procedures for the Reception area. Ensuring waiting areas are welcoming and tidy. Scanning and uploading documents. General receptionist duties. Applicants for this role should possess the following skills and experience: A demonstrated ability to engage with people who have complex vulnerabilities Exceptional customer service ability, including being able to work with difficult clients Previous experience in a customer-facing role in a relevant industry or service Hold or be willing to apply for a Yellow Card.
